My visit today was very successful. The staff were extremely helpful with my pc problems. I was recommended to use this company and this was my second visit. I will most certainly recommend them and return again in the future.Since that visit, I have occasion to visit again. Have not changed my view.- Once again very very helpful.

James always comes to the rescue whenever i need assistance. Have used their callout service for many years now and would not go anywhere else. James was recommended to me by a friend about 15 years ago and have used 19 computing ever since.

AVOID, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, laptop wasn’t working wanted it diagnosed, 3days later had a text saying computer was done ready for collection? Phoned the store and asked what’s was up with it and said plug from the screen had came lose so we have sorted it and it will be a £50 charge?. I then poped into store and asked why they had repaired computer with out my concent, I only wanted the laptop diagnosed, then I would of decided if I wanted it done, they failed to see the point and then said to me if I wasn’t going to pay they will be keeping the computer and I’ll have to wait till they undone the work to the laptop????? I then got really angry, and owner got into my face (mistake) what a complete joke, customer training is needed.

After initial bad experience they did their best to compensate for that mistake. Service was done quickly and the issue was gone. If they promise not to forget things, I will start to recommend them.

Although I live 110 miles away in Gloucester, I was recommended to try James at 19 Computing to specify and build a rather special desk top PC that I wanted (to cope with the demands of video editing). That was 10 years ago and the beast he built for me still works beautifully. However, with Microsoft stopping Windows 7 support, it was time (and an opportunity) to update everything to current standards and, naturally, I went back to 19 Computing to see what they would suggest. James helped me identify the best components over the course of a few days of e:mail and phone exchanges and I agreed a spec with him this Sunday, 10th November. Today, just three working days later, the built machine is already on its way to me – and I know it will be great.I cannot think of any example of a better, faster and more personal service in any area of business than I have experienced with 19 Computing. 5 stars hardly seems enough.

I have been a customer of 19 Computing virtually since it’s inception and my confidence in the competence and reliability of the firm is complete. I have had new computers, many upgrades and both shop and home servicing, always a job well done. My computer has been continually kept up to date and my enquiries as to whether I should consider another upgrade most often met with the assurance that there was no need, very re-assuring. James most recent contact was to ensure that I was aware of the impending ending of support for Windows 7. This was the prompt I needed and he promptly did the necessary this week, thanks again James. I highly recommend 19 Computing.

Got my laptop back today, and the guys did a great job. Apart from this, before I go there, I called several laptop repair shops, all of them just told me “bring here, lets check” even if I told how the problem happened, but only 19 Computing told me some troubleshooting steps on the phone to solve the issue. Highly recommended, and would give more than 5 stars if I could :)

Awesome service had a failed fan on a processor, Russ went through all his spares and sadly couldn’t find the same so he took the fan apart and managed to service and save it!! Pc working great now!!Can’t recommend these guys enough! Will be back again! Thank you so much

5 Star Service is an understatement, I was having a specialist Custom PC built for professional grade editing and gaming so needless to say quite a technical and intricate project.Along the whole process 19 Computing kept me in the loop of how the pc was progressing and even though I say “along the process” the team worked VERY quickly to such an amazing standard.Having something so bespoke built is something you feel is more of an experience rather than just a general purchase and i couldn’t say that it could have came out looking any better ,The prices were very affordable, that even students would see them as reasonable compared to the high prices i was expecting to pay and quoted from other places… so it doesn’t really get much better .Thanks James and 19 Computing for the amazing build !

100% AWSOME!Having used them for nearly 15 years, every time, they get better. My son just bought a top spec gaming PC. They listened and made him feel comfortable during the consultation process, noting all of his requirements. And in 24hours (!) they built him a pc to make his friends a tad jealous.100% recommended. 100% of the time.Great service, great prices and great people!Cheers chaps.

My switch lite had stopped charging. Took it to them and they found the issue and repaired it. Its now good as new. Knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced
