Do I need a Windows licence?
If your desktop came with Windows pre-installed, the licence is tied to the hardware and will activate automatically. If you need a new licence, we can supply one.
Will I lose my data?
Not if we handle it. We back up everything before reinstalling and transfer it all back afterwards. If your drive is failing, we recover data first.
How long does a Windows installation take?
Standard repairs take 3–5 working days in the queue, then completed within the day. Fast Track skips the queue for same-day turnaround. The install itself takes 1–2 hours; driver setup, updates, and data transfer add time depending on the amount of data.
