Do I need a Windows licence?
If your laptop came with Windows pre-installed, the licence is tied to the motherboard and will activate automatically. If you need a new licence, we can supply one.
Will I lose my data?
Not if we handle it. We back up all your data before reinstalling and transfer it back afterwards. If your drive is failing, we can recover data first.
How long does a Windows installation take?
Standard repair: 3–5 working days in the queue, then completed within the day. Fast Track available for same-day turnaround. The install itself takes 1–2 hours; driver setup, updates, and data transfer add time depending on how much data you have.
