How long does an iPhone repair take?
Standard repairs take 3–5 working days in the queue, then completed within the day. Fast Track skips the queue for same-day turnaround. Subject to parts or additional services being required.
Do you offer a collect & return service?
Yes. We collect your iPhone for £10 and return it for £10 — so £20 total for collection and delivery. Many customers prefer to bring their phone to our workshop on Durham Street instead.
